The snowstorm ended earlier than expected.  By the time I got up around 8 AM, the snow had stopped falling.  It was hard to walk outside as the pavement was slippery and dirty.  I wanted to go to Rize Coffee but it was closed due to the storm.  I went to Lucid Café on Lexington Avenue instead.  It was a small place with only a few seats but the latte was good.  It was pretty crowded.

I went to the Jolly Madison Hotel on 33rd Street to meet up with a colleague.  We wanted to go to Nanoosh for lunch but it was closed due to the storm.  So, we went to Macy’s and ate at the Cellar restaurant.  We spent the afternoon at MOMA and walked along the 5th Avenue.  For dinner, we went to Bistango on 33rd Street.  I had black spaghetti with shrimp.  It was very good.
